Managing Director, Glenmede Trust Company
Lee Miller is a managing director with the Glenmede Trust Company, the independent investment and wealth management firm serving endowments, foundations, family, and individual relationships that originally was founded in 1956 to serve as the corporate trustee and fiduciary of the Pew Trusts. Miller advises clients across multiple generations on wealth-transfer planning, trusts, and charitable planning. Prior to joining Glenmede, she was a member of the Management Team of Threshold Group, a multifamily office. She also served as a managing director and senior fiduciary officer for US Trust’s Wealth Management Group in New York.
Miller received a BA, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and a law degree at Emory University School of Law. She has written and lectured on fiduciary and wealth-management topics and currently teaches trust administration courses for the American Bar Association and the New York State Bankers Association.
Miller is on the Dean’s Advisory Committee at Emory University School of Law. In addition, she is a docent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and serves on the museum’s Professional Advisory Council. Miller also serves on the board of directors of the Preservation League of New York State and is a member of the Professional Advisors Council of Calvary Hospital. In 2009 Miller was sworn in at the US Supreme Court.
