Tania Neild is the founder and CEO of InfoGrate Inc., a wealth technology consulting company. Neild brings deep domain expertise to lead the design, customization, and implementation solutions for family offices. InfoGrate was the first financial technology firm that Neild started. She also co-founded and grew Envestnet Inc., now a publicly traded company. Subsequently, she grew PCR from prototype to its current asset aggregation size.

Neild’s exceptional technical skills in distributed data integration and real-time data management are a result of 30 years of academic and professional applied research. She began her career as an applied scientist for the National Security Agency, which awarded her the National Physical Sciences Consortium Award to fund her research in heterogeneous database integration. She earned a PhD in computer engineering from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in software design from the University of Maryland College Park, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics/computer sciences from Emory University.

Neild is actively engaged in her community as an advisor with the Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering Board and a member of the BTE Community Fund Board. She and her husband, Carter Neild 92C, have four children.
